A thorough proofreading of each translation

A dedicated terminology database for your company
In order to provide maximum consistency in work you entrust to us, the Amaïa Traduction staff creates translation memories and glossaries at the end of each project, which we keep on file for use in later translations for your firm.
These translation memories, also called terminology data banks, are established to maintain consistent use of terms for a given customer. In order to guarantee uniformity in the terminology used, we assign each client a dedicated translator/proofreader duo for each working language.
Our Customer Satisfaction Plan (CSP)
After each translation/interpreting assignment, we send a customer satisfaction survey to our clients, asking for feedback in three major areas: quality, responsiveness, and turnaround time. This CSP helps us maintain the most stringent standards in meeting your needs and expectations, and provides feedback to our translators/interpreters as part our quest for continuous quality improvement.
Confidentiality is a founding principle of our trade. All Amaïa staff and collaborating professionals involved in translating, writing, editing, or proofreading your material are held to the strictest confidentiality. Amaïa Traduction is also equipped with ultra-secure servers to guarantee the confidentiality of all work entrusted to us.
We sign confidentiality agreements upon request, which apply to all those working on a project.
Our project managers take into account your needs and scheduling and suggest a delivery time for each dossier. Most of our work is “urgent” and completed with very tight turnaround times - we are well aware of how important it is to meet deadlines.
